An honest note about why the Kit and the Playbook are going out together this week.

The Deployment Kit answers "what happens in which week." Owner column, governance checklist, comms per phase. If your problem is sequence, it is the whole answer.

It is no answer at all to the other half. A room of people who did not ask for this. A champion who was keen in the kickoff and has gone quiet by week five. A director who says the team already has Microsoft's adoption material and cannot see what else you would need. None of that is a scheduling problem, and no roadmap solves it.

That is what The AI Champion's Playbook is for: choosing champions who will champion rather than merely volunteer, what to do when one goes silent, and the objections I have met most often, with what has worked for me on each.

Separately each one is half a rollout. So until Tuesday September 1 the Kit is $97 and the Playbook comes free with it, claimed from a link in your receipt. After that it goes back to $59 on its own.

That is two days from now. Take the two days, then decide.
